Who we are

CTC Stays (Family Travel, LLC) operates ctcstays.com as a curated referral engine for large-family villas. We introduce guests to villa owners and property managers. We do not process booking payments on this site except where a listing embeds a third-party engine (for example OwnerRez on homes we operate).

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry we store your name, email, optional phone, requested destination or property, stay dates, guest count, message, a referral token, the page you sent it from, and a coarse IP address for abuse control.

Why we collect it (lawful basis)

We use this information to respond to your request and to share it with the owner or property manager of a home you asked about, so they can quote or confirm a stay. That is contractual / pre-contractual steps you ask us to take, and our legitimate interest in preventing spam. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

CTC staff, the owner or PMC named on the listing you inquired about, and email infrastructure used to send those messages. Payment card data never touches CTC WordPress; OwnerRez or the PMC’s booking engine is the merchant when a stay is paid.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for 24 months after the last status change so we can reconcile referral commission and answer your follow-up, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer legal hold applies.

Your choices

Email us at the address on the Contact page to access, correct, or delete a lead we hold, or to withdraw consent for marketing notes. Transactional messages about an inquiry you sent are not marketing.
