Homes large enough for everyone you love. Chosen so the whole family can settle in.
We built a home for our family. Then we learned how rare that is.
Chris & Tamara Cassidy (CTC) — the family behind CTC Stays
¡Hola! We are Tamara and Chris, and along with our two daughters (ages 8 and 5), we are absolutely thrilled to welcome you.
Villa Coral holds a very special place in our hearts. We completely remodeled this property with the intention of making it our own forever home in Dorado. Every single detail—from the custom-built mahogany dual vanities and the 186-piece teak staircase to the ultimate custom indoor princess castle playroom—was handcrafted and selected by us with love.
While life unexpectedly called our family to move down to the beautiful west coast of Puerto Rico for our daughters’ school, we couldn’t bear to let this special space sit empty. Because we designed it for our own children and multi-generational family gatherings, we opened the doors to traveling families — and CTC Stays grew from that home.
What large-group travel usually gets wrong
We still search the big platforms when we travel with extended family. Too often the photos are beautiful and the week is not: cookware for four, no place for the whole table, Wi-Fi that dies when everyone logs on, and a lockbox instead of a host. That is the gap we refuse to list.
Who we are here for
Families first — reunions, multi-generational weeks, the cousin trip that finally fits. The planners and operators who book those weeks trust us because we still look at every home as owners, not as inventory. When you write CTC, you reach us.
We put money back into the house
Earnings return to linens, kitchens, backup power, and the unglamorous maintenance that keeps a week calm. A home on this site is being cared for.
If it is listed, the owner cares
We partner only with independent hosts and property managers who host the way we do. Guests feel that. Hosts keep their name on the welcome. Host Partnerships
Built for how a group actually lives
From Dorado to the Galápagos, we look for shared living, a real dining table, and rooms that let people retreat without leaving the gathering.
You are not writing a marketplace. You are writing the family who still sleeps in these rooms when the calendar allows — and the hosts we would trust with our own children.
The CTC Standard vs. The Standard Rental
Most vacation rentals ask a big family to make do. CTC homes are chosen — and scored — for the week you actually want to have together.
Culinary & Group Dining
- ✕Mismatched dinnerware and undersized cookware for large groups
- ✕Empty pantries with no starter provisions
- ✕Split seating across separate rooms and tables
- ✓Full Chef's Kitchen Setups — high-capacity cookware, matching place settings for 20+ guests, and dual coffee stations (Nespresso + drip)
- ✓Complimentary Basic Provisions — stocked spice racks, premium oils, local coffee, and unlimited purified water
- ✓Al Fresco Dining Layouts — your entire group seated together at one cohesive table
Arriving, Wi-Fi & getting settled
- ✕Unreliable Wi-Fi with dead zones on a single router
- ✕No dedicated workspace, competing for one outlet
- ✕Lockboxes and outdated, hard-to-use thermostats
- ✓Wi-Fi that holds a full house — mesh coverage and a backup path so grandparents on video and kids on devices are not fighting one router
- ✓A place to sit down and think — a real desk or quiet nook, not one outlet behind the sofa
- ✓A calm arrival — keyless entry for the group, climate you can set without a puzzle
Hospitality & Family Comforts
- ✕Thin mattresses and mismatched, worn linens
- ✕No family gear on hand, or hidden fees for extras
- ✕Hidden cleaning fees and neglected maintenance
- ✓5-Star Bedding Standard — ultra-premium mattresses, hypoallergenic linens, and matching towel sets for every room
- ✓Family gear on site — Pack-n-Plays, high chairs, and recreation equipment. Pool fencing is scored on the listing; we do not advertise a gate the home does not have.
- ✓Continuous Property Reinvestment — deep professional cleanings and proactive weekly appliance checks
